Hi, my name is Chris Schau.

If you’re anything like I was when I first got into negotiation, then you probably heard a lot of tactics, tips, and tricks to close deals. Lots of them.

Little fragments of negotiation advice:

I read books and blog posts, watched YouTube clips, searched for articles, listened to podcasts, and picked up advice from respected experts.

But for years, I still felt like I was winging it. While I had a bunch of negotiation tactics, what I didn’t have was a system.
A blueprint.
It was a clear process that connected everything and told me what to do, when to do it, and why.

All I wanted was for someone to sit me down and say:
“Here’s how to plan, structure, and execute your negotiation from start to finish.”

Instead, I had to spend years piecing together a process on my own.
Trial and error.
